After watching an incredible commercial for Red Lobster, my partner and I decided to give it a go after not being there for many years. Although I had read mixed reviews about our local Red Lobster, off we were to make our own decision. Well, the decision is in.. I can not tell you what a complete failure it was. From the moment we walked in and saw that the only one smiling in the entire place was the adorable little hostess. Our server, Torrey, (I think) greeted us without an ounce of enthusiasm. It seemed almost painful for her to be there. We each ordered a glass of wine; which, was delivered promptly. My partner ordered the unlimited shrimp and I ordered the admiral’s feast. Upon ordering, we were curtly informed that there would be NO “to go” boxes for the unlimited shrimp. We were there for a dinner out, not groceries! During our almost 40 minute wait for our entrees, we witnessed our server going to her car and taking an approximate 15 minute break. Our wine glasses sat empty and I was beginning to cop an attitude myself due to the treatment. We watched her get out of her car and within time she plopped our entrees before us, never removing salad or bread plates. At this time we ordered another glass of wine, which again, came promptly. My admiral’s feast was nothing short of something I could have purchased in the frozen food aisle at the supermarket. The broccoli was soggy and the seafood was well undercooked. After a time, my partner made a request for more shrimp on his “all you can eat” order at which time he was told he could only order 2 at a time. The shrimp skewer and the scampi took another 30 minutes to get to the table.. This time frame makes it nearly impossible to make it an all you can eat meal. Giving up due to our very timely and unsatisfied experience, we asked for our check, at which time we asked for a “to go” box. The server again, said, “There are no “to go” boxes for the unlimited meal. We only wanted it for the biscuits that are still good in spite of the mess we had encountered. Before leaving, I noticed an on duty manager and due to the fact that I am also a manager at a local establishment, I thought it best to share my experience with her. She was so easy to talk to and was very compassionate and understanding. She made a great attempt to fix the unfixable. Thank you Toni, for all you did.. My wish for you is to find a place that will use the amazing skills that you possess and your efforts will NOT fall upon deaf ears.

Limited staff at the restaurant, but the service was still excellent by Melanie and others. Food was great as usual.

The shrimp scampi was drowning in 'butter' that did not taste like real butter. The broccoli was rotten and had visible black mold. It was disgusting and the worst experience I've ever had at a Red Lobster.

We had reservations for 6:15 and were told it would be a hour and a half wait on Valentines Day due to a computer problem Our first time there and a disappointment. Not sure I would go there again .Luckily we found a place to eat on a busy holiday .

I had to wait twenty extra minutes for my carside pickup. Girl on the phone said she can't check the order because she's up front and the foods in the back. What a joke.

This was our first time back to a Red Lobster in 10 years and we were pleasantly surprised! Service was great, super friendly, food was outstanding, portions were huge, prices were fair. So glad we decided to give it a try again! Wheelchair accessibility: My husband was in a wheelchair they had an accessible table that he could just wheel up to.

Was definitely not impressed, our server seemed to be doing her best, but it seemed as if she wasn't used to big tables(we had 15 total counting 2 little kids) some of our didnt get the correct order and then by the time they did everyone else was already finished, then it a half hour to pay our bill.
