Red Lobster

Do not eat here. You will not get your rolls or drinks until you sit and wait in the empty restaurant for at least 15 minutes. The servers will not check on you or provide you with updates on your order. Be prepared to wait for over an hour to receive your meal, even when you are one of two active tables in the restaurant. Be prepared to eat off of unwashed dishes and drink from unwashed cups/mugs. Be prepared to have your silverware uncleaned and wrapped in some previous dinner's reciept from who knows how long ago. Be prepared to have excuse after excuse levied at you when you ask about your orders. Save yourself the time, eat somewhere else. If I could give negative stars I would

Wife had lobster, I had fried catfish, both were delicious. Wife called in or order, I picked it up. Right on time, nice and hot.

Lobster was rubbery, crab legs really dry, "medium rare" steak was well done, and a hair in the food that definitely didn't belong to anyone in our party. Took 45 minutes after ordering to get the food. The server was very polite and got us another steak, but everyone else was done eating before we got it. The Long Island was good.

Our meal was one of the best meals we have ever had at a red lobster. The steak was perfect in size and cooked exactly as we asked!! We will be coming back!!

Just not a good experience. They weren't busy by any means, yet the service was so slow. Some of the food came to the table cold. I won't go back there.

Service was slow but to be fair they only had 3 people out front to wait on customers.

We had a great experience and great tasting food! We were helped by a very attentive waitstaff: ISMAIL. He was always on his toes and delivered every time we needed something ️ My son and I had the endless shrimp fantastic! My wife had the surf and turf Our food was made to perfection, the atmosphere was good to go, and Ismail was very courteous, polite, knowledgeable, and extremely patient with us!
