I took my family to dinner at the River City location last weekend. The restaurant did not have many guest at all. I’ve been going to Red Lobster all my life and never experienced such underwhelming service. First the drinks took 20 minutes to come and the bartender brought me a drink I did not ask for and explained the waiter was unaware that they did not have what I requested. The bread took longer than the drinks, then once the food arrived. My daughter’s meal was still raw on the inside. The manager apologized however, didn’t offer any type of accommodation. I rarely write reviews, I was so unsatisfied with both the food as well as the service. I really felt compelled to do so. I can not imagine that I will visit this location again.
Waited for an hour. For absolutely nothing. Hostess was the only good thing about this place. Sad.
Bartender Jonathan is simply the best! He has been nothing short of amazing. He recommends different things that’s on special or that is new, is very tentative. I’ve had the pleasure of being taken care of by him each time and I love his service.
So disappointing that we waited forever for our drinks. Our salads both wrong. We’re very picky though with our salads. We never got the biscuits. Nightmare to start off
First of all, I had no intention of eating at Red Lobster, but I'm glad I did. After looking at the menu, I asked myself, "What would be the perfect meal to order for a single guy?" So I ordered myself, the Clam Chowder (which was perfect), the Twin Lobster Tail entree with Rice and Steamed Broccoli, and the 16oz. New York Strip on the side. I see why my past girlfriends would order this. The steak and lobster combination was on point!!! The steak was cooked perfectly, and the twins were excellent. Overall, I had a great time. What made my visit even more enjoyable was my server, STORMY!!! She was quick, and she got my order right the first time!! Plus, she didn't smother or crowd me. Great job, Red Lobster
They didn't have any crackers for the crab legs. Where they do that at?!?!
Wait 10 min in empty restaurant to be seated? Thank you but no. Looking for better place to be served.
I had the worst experience on a Monday night in my 30yrs of going to red lobster. Waitress stormy was in attentive and unapologetic for all the issues. Out of coleslaw lied about it being part of a meal? Biscuits were over cooked and food was not cooked well. My spouse doesn’t like conflict so we paid 100 and left but be sure everyone will know don’t go there and we will never be there again. It was like twilight zone. Not once did a manager come by and ask us about our meal. When we were asked by stormy we said it was ok and she said GREAT.
