Red Lobster

Came here as we do every year for my son’s birthday. I even checked online and it showed that Red Lobster opens at 11am. We arrived at the restaurant to find out that this Red Lobster has been closed until further notice for repairs. What makes me so mad is it could easily be posted that they are not open on Google. Unprofessional Red Lobster!!

Good food

Food was ready when I got there asnd good but the service staff didn't smile or seem happy. The girl behind the bar doing to go seemed irritated that she had to do to go

It was so nice to be able to sit and eat. We picked RL. Service was so thankful to be back to work and serve guests. Food is consistent Parking: No issues Kid-friendliness: Yes Wheelchair accessibility: Yes

Excellent customer service and the food was fabulous

So my friend brought me here for my 50th birthday. They were not busy at all and had to wait on the hostess. Then my drink from the bar got to us before the soda from our server. Not to mention the food looked like it had been sitting under a heat lamp hours. I was very disappointed in the quality of the food.

Staff had attitude. Not pleasant at all. Restaurant was not busy. Water on floor from apparent leak in booth next to us and booth on other side had broken table. Ordered crab special 1 plate was fine other plate same food had half portion, potatoes looked like they were left overs. Not going back!
