HORRIBLE! We have ate here many times throughout the years and this time was very disappointing. We ordered two ultimate feasts, shrimp your way and steak and lobster. The lobster and steak were good, but everything else was VERY subpar. Two of the dinners were missing items we ordered. Both Ultimate feast plates food were barely luke warm when arrived to table and crab legs were so small and so overcooked or sat for so long that the shell wouldn’t crack open, it was soft like rubber, you would need a pair of scissors to get the crab meat out of shell. We decided to leave and take home what food was edible. Well…don’t try and take any food home, I was told they were out of take-out boxes except for the extra small ones. Needless to say we left with ELEVEN tiny boxes. I guess I should have just put on a servers apron and/or chef’s hat from the jump and started helping.

Had steak and lobster... Steak was very chewy. Lobster shell was huge, but only lobster was what was on top of it. Clam chowder had very few clams or anything else for that matter. Coconut shrimp was great, as was shrimp scampi. Waitress was a little behind, brought out our salads when we were about half way done with dinner, also up charged us for salads even though they were included in meal. Manager was kind enough to refund us for the cost of the salads after we said something.

We drop in a couple of times a month for the wonderfully oversized blended cocktails. This location specifically has been consistently above average in every area I can recall. Parking: This location is in a 10 business or so shopping center. So parking is abundant. Kid-friendliness: While waiting to be seated, my (then 5 year old) daughter and I were looking at the live lobsters in the tank. One of the ladies that worked up front came over and pulled a lobster out of the tank. She turned it over to it's back. She began to, then had my daughter lightly rub up and down on the underside of the lobster. She then took the time to explain why the lobster would fall asleep when this was done. Great experience.
