Excellent service the food was very pricey be prepared to spend over $400 for four people Parking: Parking one three side of the building Wheelchair accessibility: There is wheelchair accessibility to and inside the restaurant just be careful, the ramp leading to the building on the east side, has an uneven concrete hazard that could be a potential trip hazard and more difficult for wheelchairs with small wheels.

I can not say enough of this Red Lobster location! Brittany, GM, is awesome! She goes out of her way to make sure her customers are happy and accommodated. Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. If there is an issue, she resolves it, turning a frown upside down. As for the food, EVERYTHING I have had here has been so full of flavor. I especially love the 1lb of crab legs with the garlic butter . Pricing is affordable for the amount and quality of food you get. The atmosphere is relaxing and the restaurant is clean. Oh! They even have daily specials. My favorite is the Tuesday one, 1lb of crab legs with crispy potatoes and choice of side for only $24.99. Truly, a highly recommend!

Service was awful. Employees were complaining about having to help one another to us. The food was not worthy of the price. Two of our six entrees were overcooked. Never seen a manager the entire visit!

I just don't understand why every time I show up SOMETHING isn't available. Who the hell is ordering your food? You can't keep sauces and beverages in stock? The service is generally AMAZING but sometimes, 10 percent, it's lackluster.

Chain seafood restaurant with better than average cuisine. Sat at bar for Sunday dinner rather than wait for a dining room table. The initial bartender seemed a bit overwhelmed and possibly a "rookie". While he immediately acknowledged us, his service was slow and the order rung in was inaccurate. I received the wrong sides and my sister's "choose three" shrimp entree was different from the shrimp choices she ordered. That being said, we both kept and enjoyed our meals. They were, after all, well prepared and tasty. The initial bartender was replaced, shift change, by an obviously more experienced one. Our service from that point was quick, efficient, and cordial. Overall, our visit was pleasant and satisfying.
