Red Lobster

Much better than the one in Fayetteville NC.

I visited the location in Florence SC on 3-17-24. The waitress was nice,but not very knowledgeable of the menu items. The children's menu is very limited. Didn't sell a child's hamburger and the drink was $4.29 for a child. I ordered crablegs that were warmed over and very small for the price. Two clusters with 4 small legs which was supposed to be a pound.They were not seasoned. Could not eat them. The manager wasn't helpful at all. The food overall was terrible no typeof seasoning. I have gotten better seafood from a steak house. Also the bathrooms are awful . Didn't get any refills until asked for. I will not be going back there again. As I now see the review is a 3 star. Also the presentation of the food wasn't appetizing. Horrible experience.

We had lunch here today. The service was amazing. The food was exceptional. It is most definitely better than the last time. We were here about maybe six months ago and it was awful but today was so much better. Our server name was Ari and Miss Lily I do believe is the manager. They was kind courteous And the food came in a timely manner and the service was A1!!

Justin was very attentive and pleasant making sure we were taken care of. Enjoyed it

The customer service was immaculate! Although they didn’t have a full staff, they were working in there! Did have to wait long and my biscuits were fresh as always. Thanks !

The flounder with creamy sauce taste like the flounder was cooked in water I didn't taste the creamy sauce. The lobster was cooked too long . I could have cooked it better at home. Paid to much money.

Worst experience of any dine in restaurant we've ever ate at. Waiter was rude, Asked for manager , she didn't help at all

Chicken was undercooked everything was over salted. Tea was warm with very little ice in the cup. There were only handful of people In and our waitress was not attentive.

The worst experience ever! Me and my family love Red Lobster, we usually go at least 2x a month, usually with a big crowd, and family and friends. The waiter was rude the when first came to take out order, then we waited 20 min , he brought our biscuits and salad, finally went to front to ask for manager and maybe a different waiter and explained our unhappy experience so far, the manager even didn't help, she just asked what happened, she said she'd take care of it, waited additional 20 minutes, still no drinks. So we finally decided to get up and leave, and then one waiter said your food ready, so we came back, sat at table, waiter had left our food on tray, with our drinks finally, and walked away bf we could sit back down. We reorderd our 2 nd order on endless shrimp, and we're still sitting here waiting, it's been additional 35 minutes, no tea refills. We'll never come back to this Florence location. Manager was not helpful at all, not professional, and dressed very unprofessional. She didn't try to help resolve probllem at all.
