Red Lobster

Food was great and our waitress was lovely. I enjoyed the experience and would come back.

The restaurant needs to be updated

Our party ordered lobster tail and it was mushy and smelled like old socks. It was really disappointing because we went for Valentines day dinner. The manager never came over to apologize but the waitress did take $17 off our meal. I mean why do you still have the name Red Lobster if you can't cook it correctly!!

Me and my wife eat here about once a month and our service is always good. We get different things off the menu and everything is always good except one time I ordered the all you can eat shrimp and it was a bit rubbery, I told our server who took it away and apologized and brought fresh cooked shrimp that was very good. The manager even came and apologized and comped the shrimp for us.

We went for an early supper. Food was just average. We had Lobster and Shrimp livers dream and the Dueling Southern Tails. Lobster was so chewy and dry. The best bite was the grits with the sauce. Fried spicy calamari was too thickly cut but had good flavor

I tried the Southwest Shrimp Bowl. It was superb. Garlic biscuits were hot, food was hot, service was great. Staff took the time to make certain the entire area (including the floor) was clean and in order. Thanks.
