Lousy food for such a expensive restaurant, meat was RAW, COlD, staff is very unattractive, and are milling around, LOUSY dinning experience, if you want to throw away good money, this is your place, Mgr has no clue what’s going on! Do your self a favor, go somewhere where they want to take care of you!

Our waiter was AMAZING. He was one it. I'm not sure of his name. He made sure we were good. Super nice guy. Told us about all the drinks, appetizers and unlimited shrimp. Thank you Sir, you made a date night with my husband very nice. We don't get to go out just the 2 of us alot.
Hadn't been to a Red Lobster in decades. Stopped in for lunch and had Monday special of lobster and shrimp scampi with seasoned broccoli as side. All were excellent. Quantity was plentiful too! Price was reasonable at $20. Fast food meals are not much less if any. Wait staff excellent. Highly recommend.
My experience at this Red Lobster was disappointing. I called to make reservations for a large group over a week ahead of time. I then called the day before to make sure we were confirmed. I was told that all was well. When I arrived ahead of the group, I was told that the half the group needed to be present to be seated. Then, I was informed that the previous large group(which was seated 2 hours prior) had not left yet, so we could not be seated until they leave. So we waited a full hour to be seated. When we spoke to the managers, all they said was, "There is nothing we can do. If a group comes in and stays all day there is nothing we can do. We asked if y'all wanted to split up." The other rationale was that "reservations are seated on first come, first served basis." What? Then why take reservations at all? Our servers worked hard and did a great job, but management made me feel like we had done something wrong by coming on time for our reservation. In reality, management does not seem to know how to keep service moving in the establishment so that groups move in and out smoothly. There was blame placed all around (on the online reservation system, the previous large group, etc.), and as a customer-- I do not care about that. I want to see an effort made to honor my reservation. I do not recommend this Red Lobster location.
This location is terrible. If my food isn't burnt when I dine in with slow and forgetful service. If I order togo they forget food then offer next day refunds, as if they haven't forgot someone's food. The whole family has food and my child doesn't and it's just oh we're sorry.
Bleu was an excellent server. And the host Richie was cool. Parking: Spacious
