Red Lobster

The food and the service at Red Lobster were great. The only thing the bathrooms were dirty and no toilet paper.

Ordered food online. No spot available in curbside because of people parked and eating inside. Had to go in and get food because after for it to be ready at 6:15 did not get any until 6:45. If you’re going to have curbside don’t allow vehicles to park in them.

Four years ago, my now wife and I had our first date here, and it is still the awesome restaurant we remember! Our server, Rybecca S, was prompt, polite, and an excellent host! Roxi, the manager on shift, stopped to meet with us and also made sure we were well taken care of! We love this place and will continue to come back! Who doesn't know what Red Lobster is all about? Great food all around! I am not a huge lobster fan, but their Salmon New Orleans is amazing! With blackened salmon and blackened shrimp to top it, you can't go wrong.

Food was great. The service from Kelsey was really great! Joe the manager came by to see how we were doing. We enjoyed a very pleasant chat with him. We will be back.

We went to Red lobster because husband is a ShrimpFest Forever kind of guy, and even though I'm a vegetarian, and I don't eat seafood, (or anything else with eyes,) I'll get a salad and eat the biscuits to indulge him once in a while. We stopped in, expecting the regular food and so-so service, but we were surprised. Nicholas R. Was EXCEPTIONAL. What a delight! Our orders were taken quickly I was able to get a pasta dish, no protein. Any other time I've asked I've been told they don't do that. Nicholas just said "I can make that happen." For once, I wasn't just sitting across from my husband with just a sad little side salad! It put Red Lobster back on the list of places we can eat because I have an option, too. Nicholas anticipated needs, and was just a really sweet, kind, experienced and seasoned server. When we left, we found out it was his FIRST NIGHT! Unbelievable. For us, the food can be great but servers we want to spend time with makes dining a pleasure. Nicholas was that kind of server. He was a complete joy to dine with and we will be happy to return. Request his section! Vegetarian options: There are very few but they can leave the proteins out of some pasta dishes for you. (Get the price changed accordingly)

Today we celebrate my mom's birthday, party of 30....advance notice provided 5 days earlier via phone call to restaurant. Our family arrived at noon as planned and were provided one server for a party of 30! After waiting over an hour for drinks and enough biscuits for everyone to have at least one, we found a manager and asked to be provided with an additional server that could accommodate our large party. 30 minutes or so later, we received drinks, biscuits, in addition to having our lunch orders being taken. We received our lunch orders ( i personally was missing my side item) approx. 2 hours after our arrival...literally. I am dissatisfied, disappointed at the service and the lack of preparation by this restaurant. My suggestion, go anywhere else in Athens when you desire to dine out with a large crowd, this restaurant cannot accommodate services for a large party.
