Red Crab

We love crawfish.....eat it all over the country. BUT.... SPICE WAS good. Hence the 2nd star. Order was incorrect. And worst part crawfish (fresh ?) WAS TOTALLY OVER COOKED. Matter of fact so was blue crab. Honestly for a bill just shy of 200$ very disappointed. Lots of other Cajun places nearby. Probably won't come back here.

Horrendous Experience! Despite being a high-end restaurant, the service was abysmal. Our waitress, Esther, neglected to bring us plates or napkins even after repeated requests. Shockingly, she fraudulently added extra tip without our consent. Despite contacting the manager to address the situation, we have yet to receive a refund for the unauthorized tip. Save yourself the headache and dine elsewhere.

Terrible Service! Save your money and your sanity by avoiding this overpriced restaurant. Our server, Esther, was utterly incompetent, failing to provide basic utensils and fabrications about their availability. Moreover, she deceitfully inflated the tip amount without our approval. Management's response to our complaint was nonexistent. Don't subject yourself to such incompetence; find a better dining establishment

My family and I ate here last night (Valentine’s) and we had the BEST service from Chandler. The food was AMAZING.. we ordered 2 of the #3 boils, hush puppies, spring rolls, fried cheese sticks & kids wings; all the food was absolutely amazing and came out quickly!

The food to me was trash and the price was a lil pricey for not so good food to a point I had to force my self to eat because i didn’t want to waste my money on this Super Bowl game time

The atmosphere was nice and good music. Catfish was bland, Cajun fries 6/10

Not sure why this place is so highly rated, ordered Uber eats, food came so salty it was inedible and I love salty food so if I couldn’t eat it someone who doesn’t like salt would SUFFER. The “Lobster tail” was about three inches long, with nearly no meat… About 9 shrimp, the smallest crab legs I’ve ever seen two under cooked potatoes, seriously disappointed… Not worth $70 when you get barely any food. Should have stuck to the usual spot boiling crab. Defiantly don’t recommend ordering from here. Idk what’s worse the portion size or the fact I would have to wash all the sauce off and add my own to be able to eat the food due to salt.

I ordered on Uber eats the Cajun crab legs with shrimp. Price was reasonable. The crab was over steamed, making it hard to crack, the shrimp was like the store bought frozen ones but at least they were cleaning. The sauce, which is the most important for me, was heavily seasoned with Old bay. I'm just not a fan and I'll be going to back to Red Claw off Frankford for my seafood needs.

The absolute best seafood restaurant and it’s not as expensive as other places….Our food was hot, fresh, and seasoned to perfection!!!! Our waitress had poor customer service…She was very unprofessional and was on her phone other than that this place is a 10/10 I highly recommend!!!!!!
