Red Cow Rochester

My experience was for a pick up order. Food was great. I walked in and sat at bar, directly across from 1 of 2 bartenders cleaning bar glasses. I sat there for awhile waiting. He ignored me for a while until I asked who do I speak to to pick up a to go order? He said, "Me". No smile no expression. Then walked over to reception and pointed to them. I explained my pick up to the 2 girls there. There looked it up and said it will be up in a short time. At least they gave eye contact. Everyone I saw in the kitchen was smiling and having a good friendly time. Not sure what it is, but the younger generation has a lack of people skills. Not sure if it's because they are angry they have to work, hate their jobs or angry at life, but it's terrible people skills. This is not just at Red Cow, but at other restaurants too. Red Cow has great food so I will be back, but not sure for how long, if I keep getting that attitude.

Ari is the greatest. Ask for her. Good food and good service.. come here, you'll thank me. Okay just came back in Tuesday and Alanah is even better than Ari. Busy restaurant with a lot going on but she manages to do it all with ease and very nice personality. Adorable! Ask for Ari or her. You'll be very happy . Great food too . Delicious also the manager Katie is just the cherry on this sundae here. She's wonderful. Anything wrong, She'll take care of you but I promise there won't be anything wrong at all!! Great place.

My first time eating at the Red Cow was not the best experience. I was reluctant to come back, but my friends insisted. We were greeted by a friendly host and brought over to a very comfortable and quiet booth. Our server Bethany was PHENOMENAL. She was very kind and knowledgeable about the menu, she kept our drinks full all night long (which is very important!), and she was so personable. We appreciated all of the hard work that she put into her shift despite being busy. We will definitely be back to see her!

Oh my GOSH! One of my favorite experiences ever! Alley, Sebastian and Joe were amazing. They were attentive and you could tell they love where they work and what they do! If you want to not only LOVE the food but the people - come here!

Oh man. Best burger I’ve ever had. 60/40 burger was . Cole slaw was awesome. Service great.

Red Cow is awesome. Great people, great food! Definitely a top 10 burger. Everything they do is next level.

I ordered the chicken tortilla soup and it was sooooooooo good I wish I had the recipe to make it for my family, there fries are the best fries I e ever had, vibe was amazing staff was super nice I'll be returning real soon

Burgers are ok for the price. They have a lot of other great options and their staff is amazing .
