Saw a girl on tiktok talking a bit of smack about this place so wanted to see it for myself. I was in the area visiting a family friend and we decided to pop in. I’m so glad we did. Lovely staff, lovely coffee and an incredible atmosphere ! Really recommend their batch brew it’s so smooth :)

I used to be loyal customer for Red Bay Coffee, but my recent experience of purchasing coffee beans from their website totally disappointed, in a way I will never ever purchase any stuff from this brand. TLDR - their shipping is extreme delayed and no communication from customer service. Timeline: Sep 10: order 3 bags of coffee Sep 17: I only received 2 bags of coffee, report to their customer service email on the same day. Sep 26: Got response from them after I sent over reminder TWICE. First time when they replied, they even didn't read my email, simply saying that my order is delivered. I need to re-specify my request again they finally understand what happened. Sep 28: Carrier shows that package is damaged and need to contact sender. Oct 3: As of now, NO RESPONSE from red bay coffee. I spent so much time in communication and end up I decided to spend 2 mins to dispute from bank and got my $$ back. Is it worthy for all of the communication, just to ask for 20 bucks? Coz I don't want to loss hope to one of my favorite local coffee roasters. But this is beyond my limit, I completely disappointed, and want to share my experience to warn the future customer who wanna purchase coffee beans from their website.

Drove up from Fremont to buy a 1kg bag today but the only person there said she couldn’t sell me that and asked me to come back Monday because the manager was not around. What? Update 05/14/22 downgrading to 1 star. Dropped by to pick up coffee at 2PM, closed. No more Red Bay for me.

The iced mocha was PERFECTION! However: Y'all should get more RBC merch bc I would love to flex on folks with a travel tumbler w/ the logo.

Love Red Bay! This is more a grab-and-go shop now. I get why during COVID they converted the indoor space from a cafe to completely roasting/operations, but I do miss their indoor space a lot! Hope to visit again once the outdoor lounge space and wifi become available.

We all got charcoal latte. Didn’t feel like I drink espresso if there’s any. A bit on sweeten side for me since I always have my espresso unsweetened, but it still tastes good.

I just bought a 12 oz whole bean as stated 100% arabica from TJ and it taste like robusta coffee. For almost 0.90 an oz, I expected a good taste at least, unfortunately, it tasted worst than Bustelo coffee. No offense to bistello drinkers.

If you can actually come here when it's not closed when it's suppose to be open, creepy staff, sour, watery, awful coffee. Not worth the trouble at all.
