Hard to rate this... the young Lady who sold us the donuts and jam was just a delight. 4-5 stars. Unfortunately she was unable to serve us the cider samples. The (insert uncomplimentary adjective here) lady who was manning the cider section completely ignored us...it sounded like she was trying to order her lunch on her phone. After being actively ignored for several minutes (we were sitting at the counter mear feet from her) I asked the other lovely lady if anybody else could help....she interrupted the cider lady and asked her to help us (thank you first lady). The cider lady was rude (probably unhappy at us disturbing her call?). The ciders were nice...but we didn't eat all of the Apple cider donuts we bought...we were expecting warm donuts but we received cold and unpleasant ones. There are many other food and drink stalls right in the same place..try one of the others... all the other's we tried were excellent.

I went on Friday November 24,2023. While I was looking at what fudge I wanted to get a couple of people came for apple cider. After the girl finished with them she started sweeping the floor totally ignoring me. I stepped over to the other counter and she continued to ignore me and do something on the register. I finally said excuse me are you open she rolled her eyes looked at her watch and said for a few minutes. She was the rudest person I have ever encountered she had multi colored hair and very long nails. I would suggest replacing her with someone who actually wants to work

Had the worst experience here, with the worst customer service I have ever experienced!!!! The lady working the register would not help us until we asked if they were opened, multiple people walked away due to her rudeness. I would NOT recommend the one in the public market!!!!

I love coming here for an amazing and delicious sweet treat on the weekend or after work. The highlight though has to be the owner who is always so kind and helpful!

Their mini donuts are really nice, a bit tangy, and the cider (apple juice, really, it doesn't have any alcohol in it) is recommended as well.
