Attended a dinner date with my friend, and the atmosphere was pleasing with the accommodating staff. Decent prices and good-tasting food. Parking: Free parking garage, 4 levels.

First time eating here, and overall it was a good experience. The food was pretty tasty, although the scallops were a bit overcooked. The kobe beef potstickers were delicious, and ultimately, the chocolate chow mein dessert was incredible. It was definitely a spot I'd likely come back to if I visit again, I appreciated that it was accommodating for small kids (separate door to enter in, high chairs, and friendly staff).

The food was not terrible but certainly inferior to many Chinese restaurants in Boston and Quincy. We went there to try their Peking Duck. It was ok but far from great. The duck also turned out to be extremely overpriced. Over 88 dollars for “half duck” which barely covered half of the service plate is just ridiculous. Other dishes are either very bland (beef noodles) or over-salty (Shanghai fish which was by the way anything but Shanghai style). Service is generally friendly but not attentive even when there are not many guests in the restaurant. I did not have high hopes for the atmosphere knowing it is a food establishment in a casino. But I didn’t realize there are no doors separating this place from the casino area. You are basically eating inside a casino. Overall, DO NOT GO THERE. Certain not worth the trip if you are not visting the casino.

Our waiter was awesome, but the hostess and support staff were not friendly at all. I had to ask for sugar for my tea and they seemed genuinely annoyed at the request. The food seemed to take a long time to arrive but likely was reasonable. However, the chairs we were seated in reminded me of the cheap patio chairs you would get from Walmart! Horribly uncomfortable. The food saves the experience, with decadent lobster rolls, perfectly cooked wok noodles and fluffy Bao buns! Pricey for sure, but to be expected.

We originally planned to celebrate with Peking duck at noon on the first day of the Lunar New Year, but our dining experience was very disappointing, both the food quality and service were unsatisfactory: 1. We had reserved a table online in advance, and we arrived a bit later than the scheduled time, which was understandable. However, the receptionist was cold and did not offer menus proactively. When a table was available, she summoned us as if she was shooing ducks, which was very rude. 2. We ordered half a Peking duck, Typhoon Shelter black cod, braised noodles with precious mushrooms, and stir-fried green beans. First, the waiter forgot the Peking duck and only brought the other three dishes. After a long wait, we had to ask about it before she remembered to check with the kitchen. 3. Among these four dishes, only the green beans were of normal quality (and not particularly tasty), the other three dishes were hard to swallow. 4. Peking duck: First, the wrong sauce was served, they didn’t provide granulated sugar (for dipping the duck skin) which was fine, but they even mixed up the standard sweet bean sauce with a sour Chu Hou sauce. After we complained to the duty manager, it was replaced, but it seemed like the kitchen staff and the waiter were clueless. 5. About the duck: It was overly fatty, the skin was not crispy, and the skin and meat were separated, clearly because it had been roasted in advance, cooled down, and then reheated in the oven before being served. The only thing they got right about the $60 half duck was the thin pancakes. 6. Braised noodles with mushrooms: The portion was not small, but the noodles were steamed too long, losing their texture; too much oil was used in frying, and the seasoning was off; they were mushy, greasy, and tasteless. 7. Typhoon Shelter cod: The fish was both fishy and oily, the batter was soaked with oil, and the spices lacked any Typhoon Shelter flavor, making it hard to swallow after reluctantly eating a piece. The quality of this $38 seafood dish was far below that of McDonald’s Filet-O-Fish. 8. In summary: Two people spent $173, and three of the four dishes were so bad that we could hardly eat more than two bites of each. We have been coming to this restaurant every year since it opened, and at first, the quality of the Peking duck was quite good, truly authentic and one of the few in Boston. But over time, the quality of the dishes has deteriorated, becoming hard to swallow. Additionally, the level of service and dining environment does not meet the standard for an average cost of $85 per person. We will never come again. You can continue to fool the ignorant American people with your Americanized Chinese food! Translate the following to English:
