I order these beans because they're delicious.

Really underwhelming mediocre coffee

Coffee is good but there are a few issues. They stop serving drip coffee at 3pm even though they close at 7pm. They don't have normal straws and only have the small coffee stirs. These are decisions made by management to cut costs but is annoying to customers.

I am visiting SFO and I admit this is the best coffee in this area. My go to coffee shop when I need a jolt

Slightly expensive but really delicious chaggachino

Great coffee, but the croffles are a different story. I had a cortado, made with espresso that was intense, but flavorful and not just bitter. It was poured really well and in a tiny cup that was just big enough. I also noticed the croffles and decided to order one. It had strawberry slices on top of a buttercream frosting with a chocolate syrup drizzle, which was adhered to the croffle with a thick layer of Nutella. The croffle itself was nearly burnt in order to be sturdy enough to hold up the toppings. It was sickeningly sweet and I only had one or two bites before throwing it away. I think it would've been much better if they piped the frosting directly onto the croffle. I assume the Nutella was to fill in the waffle pattern to make an even surface for piping. Basically, just come here for the coffee. They have wonderful coffee. Tried the strawberry matcha latte, which was pretty light in flavor. Pretty drink with all the layers. Service was friendly and quick. Nice that they are one of few open early in morning. Next time, I would come back to try their coffees

Got a flat white and latte. Great spot to grab a coffee while walking around the mall!
