Healthy, tasty and reasonably priced

Went here after listening to the owner at the USASBE conference in Birmingham. Enjoyed the food. Friendly service. Only thing preventing me from returning is that I live over an hour away.

This place has FABULOUS COCKTAILS, but the fact that they made their employees open on a day when the toads were COVERED in sheets of ice, deeply concerns me. I was thinking about going back soon. I wont now... Christ in Heaven im shocked I even got this text from yall about it EDIT: thank you for responding. Im still shaky about this, but appreciate the input. Offering delivery however, is a risk no one should even be asked to take

While visiting Birmingham one of my coworkers directed us to visit R&R and it did not disappoint. In fact, this place impressed everyone first with amazing service, and then healthy food that was full of flavor (spiced chicken was delicious). If you want something good with healthy choices this place should be on your radar! If I find myself visiting it passing through Birmingham in the future I'll definitely be stopping by.
