Normally when I order I’m very happy however today I placed an order through skip the dishes and was very disappointed, I ordered two beverages and only received one, I understand places get busy however if I’m paying for my drink I’d like to receive the drink I paid for not a sorry for the inconvenience. To crave something and not get it is ridiculous

Worst customer service, no call for order after it was made. Clearly they want a day off or something. Please give them a day off so that they come back with a positive attitude.

House special mango slush is yum! Mango flavour is so good.

Located by Exit 9, this Real Fruit Bubble Tea is constantly busy and with line-ups outside the store! There are at least three self-service kiosks to place your order with limited seating inside. On weekends, the line-up is long and wraps around but moves quickly with their 4+ team members assembling drink orders and preparing ingredients. Their beverages are consistent, you cannot go wrong with mango diamond slush! Staff members are very quick to prepare your beverages and have a good system of calling out your number on the receipt. The inside of the unit is fairly compact but clearly labelled where to 'Order Here' or 'Pick Up Here'. There are roughly 6-7 seats inside but can get overly crowded and warm. Recommended to grab-and-go for your beverage!
