Kiosk for PC Cards are getting out of hand. The guy that works there basically doesn’t accept no as an answer. And will follow you down the aisle as you are shopping. It’s a form of harassment and I no longer feel comfortable when approached by him. As it’s been more than once. I understand it’s a job but there’s limits and this needs to be contained.

The layout of the store is completely asanine and all of their produce are withered and on the verge of rotting. Pretty much standard for all Loblaws affiliated stores it seems. Avoid at all costs!

Edit: Tried their pharmacy today. Not o my did they mess up my prescription by giving me half of it but the pharmacist wasted my time asking the same question multiple times about what is wrong with my insurance. I don’t work for the insurance….why would I know why he’s getting an error message. When I asked to just pay so I can manually submit he proceeded to continue with his line of questioning further wasting my time. I’d give 1 star to the pharmacy for the lovely girl on staff who did the intake. So I wasn’t going to write this review. But here we are. I’ve been shopping here for over a month now, absolutely no issues. Yes prices are high but they are everywhere. Yes the store is huge, older and a bit dingy. No one really cares. BUT when your teenaged staff tells you that optimum isn’t working today when you offer it to be scanned and then Optimum won’t give you your THOUSANDS of points because it was t even attempted and you shopped for 2 weeks of groceries and paid $520, I’m feeling the need to warn others. This company needs to stand by their customers.
