Outstanding Superstore Experience Consistently delivers an outstanding shopping experience for my grandparents. The wide range of products, organized layout, and friendly staff make every visit a pleasure for them. Tons of promotions and discounts, for them especially as elders, it's there go-to for shopping needs. I've only been there myself 3 times before I setup the delivery method for my grandparents. Highly recommended!

I have had good experience with the pharmacy department until this one pharmacist who ruined the experience with extremely poor customer service. Long story short, I gave him my doctor proscription and asked him the price for all medicines before anything as I might have one at home. (Totally legitimate request) He told me that he was busy and asked me to come back later which I did. After that he was apparently annoyed by this extra work and refused to give me the price unless the prescription is filled then gave me this very snobbish attitude. He then refused to talk to me quoting me abusive and retreated to his corner. I meant don’t you need to know what you are paying for before you swipe your credit card?! Extremely unprofessional service and totally ruin the experience.

Prices seem very high for a discount store

Editing my review due to extremely poor customer service, I had staff yelling at me telling me I'm lying about the advertised price of tomatoes. I've had numerous very negative experiences with new staff within the past few months. Definitely would not recommend! Update: I called the customer relations centre 3 times and was put on hold to eventually be told to visit the website. I would not recommend calling unless you have time to waste.

Store has gone downhill. Constantly expired/moldy products on the shelves. Deli is always understaffed. Went at 3pm on Monday and there were no roast chickens available and none even being prepared because it was one poor kid working the deli alone while 6-7 people were in line. Sometimes theres nobody at the deli at all. Poorly managed store
