Not much to say other than it was a deliciously prepared authentic cheesesteak. Fantastic bread, good quality beef, perfect cheese ratio, what more do you need for a cheesesteak? Staff is very friendly and seem caring and community based. Perfect rating for this simple food truck.

Some of the most chill people. Great food, atmosphere, and service. Eat from them at about 1 every week. They even gave me free funnel cake fries for always eating their food. Please come here

Best Philly steak I've had in Austin since leaving the east coast. In a small food truck park on E 6th. Was craving a good classic philly steak. The guys on the truck were so friendly and brought our food to us and checked in to see how everything was. You can build it your way choose your cheese and toppings. The bread is equally as important and these rolls were good quality and great pairing with the meat. The sandwich is packed full well worth the price to get a honeade late night bite in the area.

25 year ATX resident but grew up just outside of Philly. I am a cheesesteak connoisseur. R&B’s served up the best cheesesteak in Austin yet, outside of my own kitchen of course. The meat is tender and flavorful, cheese (provolone for me) melted nicely and the Amoroso rolls were top notch. The two brothers from NJ serving up these treats know what they are doing and also provided amazing service. These are the real deal! Well done guys, I’ll be back.
