About 2.5 months ago we had a horrible experience here. I filled out the online contact form and never heard back. I should have taken that as a red flag and not retuned. Last night we decided to try it again and boy was that a mistake. We arrive Saturday at around 3:45 and asked to be sat in the dining room, there’s only 1 other table sat in there. Waitress comes and brings waters and I ask for a sample of one of their beers. She brings the sample and doesn’t return for 25 MINUTES to take our drink order… from there it’s just issue after issue. I order a vodka soda and receive a vodka water. Takes another 10 minutes to receive the correct drink. We order fries with our meals only for the server to come back to our table 8 minutes later to let us know they’ve run out of fries. PSA: do not order the onion rings. They are NOT onion rings, they are soggy onion straws. I’ve had better on top of a green bean casserole. Lastly, I put a gift card and credit card in the payment sleeve at the end of the meal (assuming she would take the gift card off and put the rest on the credit card) only for her to come and let us know she put the full total on my credit card. This place really needs to work out its kinks. We’ll see if I actually get a response back from management this time with an attempt to make things right.
Went for dinner and it was so good that we came back the next morning to try the breakfast, which was also good. Food and drinks are all reasonably priced too.

Grew up in the Rockford area but now live in Nebraska. We get back there at least once or twice a year, and RBI has been a must stop each time since we first tried it. Honestly don't think I've ever had a bad meal there, or bad service. Don't know when our next trip will be, but RBI will be on the schedule somewhere!
