Service is fantastic as well as the Cajun food. The cooks are spot on.

We ordered grilled oysters as an appetizer. Then, rather than the staff telling us “I’m sorry, we are out of oysters right now”, they bring out a tray of what appeared to be oysters from a $2 can of smoked oysters you buy at Walmart next to the sardines… and put those tiny things into actual oyster shells as if we wouldn’t notice. Take a look at the attached photos. You have got to be kidding me. We did not say anything at the time because I know better than to complain to the people that are preparing your food. Always complain AFTER your meal. Especially in this case… if they were willing to serve us that joke of an oyster tray, there is no telling what else they would have done to our food. I have been a fan of Razzoo’s for as long as I can remember, but not anymore. I’ll probably never go back to this location. Our waitress “Jade” was new but she was wonderful. That was another reason I didn’t complain. I didn’t want to add stress to a nice girl while she was trying to learn a new job. I hope management sees this and does something about it.

Food was sad. Bland and boring. If you are looking for Cajun food, this is not it. The waitress that took our order was alright, but there was a young guy who brought our food to the table. He couldn't care less. The entire time we were there he just seemed busy chatting. At first, he was chatting with a table for a long time that might have been his family; who knows maybe he was on break! Then he got busy chatting with the hostess and one of the waitress. We were there for over an hour. If he was on the clock, he clearly wasn't working. They forgot the BBQ sauce on the bbq burger and ketchup with fries. When Mr. Chatterbox brought food to our table, we asked him for both. He never returned with them, again he was busy chatting with someone. My brother just ate off of our plates; didn't even touch his sad burger and fries. When the waitress came by to check on us, we had to ask again and this time she did get both sauce for us. Overall, if you don't want to feel like you wasted your money and time, go somewhere else.

Great service and a great time

Food was very good, but service wasn’t great. We had to wait a very long time to order, get our check… not great. Would recommend food, but might not eat there next time. The gumbo was very good and the blacked chicken po boy surprisingly was very tasty!

The service was great! Food is always awesome!
