I ordered delivery through clover and it is the wrong food with the wrong persons name on it. The driver was from door dash and said I had to call them. I called door dash but they can’t do anything because they say I ordered it through the restaurant. I called the restaurant several times but they don’t answer their phone because they have an AI assistant and no human. I tried chat but no response. So I spent a bunch of delivery fees and tips for nothing. My husband just got in the car to drive there an hour after we wanted our food. So annoying. We used to love them but I wouldn’t order for delivery again. Update: The restaurant credited our order.
We have done take out only at this restaurant for the last several years and I believe it's under new ownership, but the quality of the food just does not seem to be the same as it was in the past.
Very frustrating that nearly every dish (except for 2 entree items) has a base that comes pre-made with either shrimp paste or fish sauce - not friendly for vegetarians / vegans at all - and concerning that things are not quite as “fresh” here. Additionally, I was shocked that the roti canai appetizer comes with 1 small roti and a splash of curry for 6 DOLLARS! We won’t be returning and will instead be going to the many other places that are happy to omit ingredients or have plenty of options for those that don’t consume animal products, not to mention food that just tastes better.
I ordered the Mongolian Triple thru our delivery service at the office. Outstanding. Will definitely eat here again. UPDATE JAN 2024 Today we visited for lunch. Had coconut soup and rendang. Excellent!!!
Not too bad but not too great either.
