I went here for the 1st time today, and I could not have been more pleased! Both my delicious tea and the service I received were outstanding! I got a regular matcha milk tea with almond milk and red bean topping. I have to say, matcha green tea is my absolute favorite, and I am very particular about it. I am often disappointed at other tea shops, because many use a pre-mixed powder, which isn't very good and contains unwanted additives. Not so at Me Me! They use actual, real matcha tea, and I tasted the difference immediately. It was hands-down the BEST matcha drink I've ever had at a teashop! I don't like my drinks very sweet, so I got it with 30% sugar, and also light ice. It was perfect for me, but if you like more sweetness, definitely get it sweeter. Another thing to mention is how welcoming, friendly, and helpful the employees were (almost unheard of nowadays!). The only drawback to this lovely tea shop is that there's no seating inside. I would love to be able to sit back and read a book for a while while drinking my tea in such pleasant surroundings! I hope maybe they will find another bigger storefront to move to in Clairemont someday. But even at their present location, I will be a regular customer at Me Me, for sure!

Nice variety of drinks. They also have a variety of desserts which we didn't try this visit.

On and off consistency ever since they rebranded. I always get tie guan yin milk tea, but in cases like today, it tastes almost like water….for $7 (with pudding) you are better off going to the 100 other boba place here in San Diego. Tea-espresso is a gimmick when everyone else make strong tea just fine.

The level of sweetness is just right for my Asian parents and I! We love their fruit teas w/lychee jelly and you can never go wrong with getting their taro milk tea and brown sugar milk tea drinks!

Hands down- best Boba ever! No other boba compares. The teaspresso boba is unique and provides an exceptional tea experience. The owners value quality above all. They remember our order and are consistent in their product. Dietary restrictions: They have oat milk and almond milk options

I picked the No.1 recommend sesame cheese cake. They taste sweet without sesame flavor. Other 2 boba teas are good.

I brought my three girls here to treat them for boba. Because we are lactose intolerant I substitute all our bobas with oat milk. When I paid I thought the price was pretty steep. We got five items and I paid almost $40! We got 1 caramel brulee milk tea, 1 lychee matcha fresh milk tea, 1 strawberry matcha fresh milk tea, 1 fresh orange Thai tea and one ube taro sago. The orange Thai tea is not a good combo . The matcha drinks were way too sweet even though we chose regular sweetness. And the caramel brulee couldn't even taste the caramel. For the price none of our teas were good. I wanted to complain but I felt bad since all the drinks were already made so we ended up drinking them. The sago was very runny and not flavorful at all. They had a very small corner with a table and had no trash cans to throw away any of our bobas when we were done. Just got home and looked at my receipt. I'm So annoyed to see that they charged us $1 per substitute for oat milk and $0.75 to add boba to each drink without letting me know! No wonder it was more expensive than the first saw when I was looking at the price. I basically paid $8 per freaking boba! I will never go back to this place ever again

I love it when a boba place clearly marks when their drinks are caffeine free. The brown sugar boba milk is delicious!

Ordered a pillow top jasmine milk tea with boba. It is more expensive but the amount is less than other boba stores. The boba is not sweetened and there was too much there. I ordered a 50% sweetened, which is not very sweet. I think probably full sugar is fine for Asian's taste.
