Dine in. Everything was great this place!

Friends hooked us on crab cakes, oysters, and beef tartare. Second visit was as good or better than the first. Taryn was a perfect server. Will drag other visitors from IOP all the way downtown for this place.

Some of the best oysters in Charleston in my opinion - and you can’t beat the price, especially at Happy Hour. The ceviche and crab cake are also MUST HAVE items! They take reservations, but we’ve always been able to find a seat at the bar if we get there early. Absolutely love Rappahannock :)

Fantastic, 10/5 Stars!!! Oyster selection was amazing, and the paella was so good that I ordered a second one for later . A Good cocktail menu, and the service was great too. Aniya was amazing. Def coming back.

We had a so so experience here a few years ago and so we have avoided it. Today, we thought we’d give it a try again… Big mistake! This time we went early and again sat at the bar. Employees were moving around but no one even acknowledged us. No smile, no “…be right with you” nothing. They couldn’t have been any more distant and disrespectful. It is too bad, the atmosphere is nice and even if the food was mediocre, with friendly staff it might have been ok. We will never know, we just left. I’m sure it was the right decision. In response to your response… We sat down when 2 other people were sitting at the bar. Yes, the bartender looked busy but was a simple smile or greeting too much to ask for? No, I think you’ve had your opportunity to wow us. By the way, this is my only 1 star review I have ever given in a Google review. I don’t tend to waste my time arguing with social media managers.
