Rapha New York

Visiting Rapha NYC is our annual family event to purchase NYC edition socks, t-shirts, etc. Staffs are attentive and kind. I wish to visit here again in 2025!

Visited the store for the first time after relocating to NYC. Planned to buy multiple kits, until I walked around the store for 10mins while staff chatted amongst themselves. I was then made to feel stupid when I asked for my size in a product line. Hopefully the staff one day realise they are not ‘too cool’ to provide basic customer service. Very disappointing.

Rapha NYC is hands down, my go-to store! The friendly staff make shopping an absolute pleasure. The team goes out their way to make sure every time I visit the store [way to often] I walk away with exactly what I needed. The team is also helpful in the rear occasion I have an issue with an item of clothing - no questions ask, they will help and solve the problem.Truly exceptional service! Don't forget to order a coffee! Shout out to Rob for being extra helpful every-single-time!

Terrible atención y tratos despectivos Pésima atención, nunca en mi vida volveré a usar Rapha Estuve de vacaciones en NY y parte de mi lista de cosas por hacer era comprar ropa Rapha específicamente en la tienda de Soho, al entrar fuimos ignorados, algo que no me sorprende de las tiendas ciclistas. Para probarme la ropa me dijeron que lo hiciera en unas cortinas al fondo de la tienda y ahí empezó la pesadilla, una de las personas de la tienda sé acerco con una pésima actitud y de forma despectiva cuestionando por que tenía tanta ropa, misma que ya había decidido comprar y seguía en búsqueda de mas prendas. Después de unos minutos, bastante molesto y con una actitud despectiva, la misma persona me hizo mostrarle que si estuviera usando ropa interior. De ahí en adelante se la paso cuidándome todo el tiempo, como si me fuera a robar algo. Claramente nos hizo sentir a mi y a mi pareja terriblemente incomodos y hasta atacados y aúnque ya había seleccionado varias prendas para comprar decidimos no hacerlo únicamente por la terrible experiencia que nos hizo pasar dicha persona. Se que es una persona la que causó esto pero dicha persona representa a la marca, por lo que deja una mala impresión de todo Rapha.

Pésima experiencia! El personal resultó ser verdaderamente grosero al grado de hacerte sentir incómodo y realmente mal por siquiera preguntar. Mi pareja se probó distintas prendas y en lugar de acercarse a ofrecer ayuda, una persona en específico se acercó a cuestionar sobre las prendas que escogimos y posteriormente sólo volteaba a vernos como si estuviera “cuidándonos”, realmente nos hizo sentir delincuentes. Nos encanta la calidad de las prendas de Rapha, desafortunadamente nos dejó un pésima impresión del personal que representa a la marca, no sabemos si fue por nuestra nacionalidad, color de piel, idioma o en general así tratan a todos, me sorprende sobre todo porque la tienda está ubicada en una ciudad tan turística y multicultural, no sé cuándo volveré a visitar NYC y realmente ansiábamos visitar la tienda y surtir nuestro closet. He leído comentarios de tratos similares, realmente deberían poner atención en el asunto, la calidad de la atención al cliente es parte fundamental.

Firstly, the coffee here is AMAZING!!! Secondly, I couldn’t have had a better experience here inside, Rapha. Rob was super helpful in answering every single question that I had from the style of bibs and jerseys, they sold, to the casualwear, to the fitting of the bibs. I never once felt as though he was trying to push me into buying something that was unnecessary. He was very helpful and explaining to meet the differences and and trying to help me save money now and in the long run. I had a great experience trying on everything and making sure I loved what I was purchasing. I am forever going to be loyal and dedicated to this shop for all of their insight and kindness. I in no way felt that cyclist elitist mindset and was very pleased! Lastly, when my kid fell down, they gave him a Band-Aid!

Der Laden ist sehr schön. Nur waren die Angestellten nicht besonders freundlich, was so total untypisch für NYC ist.
