Great customer service and even better donuts!

The popular "Sir, could you please exit the donut" from Ironman symbolizes the years tradition and trademark of Randy's donuts; the huge donut on the top of the store. This location is missing that trademark. That said the taste and quality is consistent with what you'd expect. It is worth mentioning parking can be a challenge as it's in Costa Mesa, the city of extremely low parking, hence you may be competing with other business customers.

Everytime I come here the donuts are stale. Glazed raised donut barely has any glaze on it and customer service is horrible.

Sad day today, I thought I found a Randy's close to home, but instead find out they close at 8pm ( even though it's 7:15p ) so I guess I'll go back to the location on harbor because they are open later

I was very excited for Randy's to open so close to me. I went to the grand opening on July12. Everyone was getting free donuts. When I ordered my donuts I asked the special, I was told it "just ended" While I was paying I noticed people that came in after me were still getting the free maple donuts. Not Cool!! For this reason alone I will never visit your location again!! Poor customer service on your Grand Opening? Very disappointing
