Just want you need in a seafood spot. No fancy decor, just great seafood n dishes. Everything was fresh, tasty each item was cooked perfect. No wonder this place has been here 4ever! I wish they had a full bar, but they do serve the essentials, beer, wine n soft drinks.

My 1st time here was back in 1999 and the seafood was amazing . It hasn’t changed much except for the prices. Stopped in for an evening bite with 2 cycling buddies after a ride through the Rockaways. The Shrimp Fra Diavolo was good but the broiled salmon really did it for me. I mopped up the savory sauce with some nice warm bread which had to be requested. The side of fries was skimpy. Red & white wines came in a small 9 oz bottle? Good vibes & parking is free in the rear. The clams are supposed to be the BEST in the neighborhood Parking: Limited free parking in rear lot. Come early is best

Opened over 60 years ago and really hasn’t upgraded the decor much. Which is not a complaint. One room plus the counter. Kind of expensive these days, but the food is very good. I hate when I eat raw oysters and end up crunching on bits of shell; this never happens here. They are perfect. As is the New England clam chowder. Service is good enough. Bathrooms in the rear. Parking is touch and go; on the weekends when it’s warm, it’s all (no) go. First time eating at this establishment. First of all the warm welcome the bus brother by the door welcomed us & then Sara server tremendous service & very warm. My wife & I then experience the fresh calamari we also had the octopus with fried zucchini also with a plate of shrimp scampi unbelievable food excellent. I rate this place 5 starts for me. I will recommend for sure. Although this place is already famous & also on the map amen but us as believers in Christ we prayed for place & the workers as well a blessing a true blessing.
