Marketing/ SEO is very confusing. Facebook/ website info are not updated. Restaurant phone number is not updated. Jose was very rude and disrespectful to his guests. I tried to give Jose honest feedback about my experience and asked sincere probing questions about the new location but he did not want to hear it. Very rude. I've worked in hospitality for years. Restaurants improve by listening to their customers feedback not completely blowing them off. Im paying not only for the food but for the customer service as well.... In addition, they placed my taco directly on top of my saucy enchilada. As a resul, it became soggy and fell apart...I will not be spending my money at Rancho Taco shop, in Norco, anymore. (Owners of Tamazula Baja grill).
Lady working was very friendly. And she even made conversation with me. Made her aware young man who also works there. Doesn't talk at at. Makes their place feel unwelcoming. Very good Taco Tuesday.
Good food and clean place
This is my go-to taco place. Beans are phenomenal! Kid-friendliness: Kids love tacos!
Always good food. People are very nice.
I went today to have some Mexican food. The food was just as good as almost any other Mexican shop in the area. The lady who owns the establishment was very nice although I believe she was asked a question and did not follow her own policy, it says no pets. But then another lady asked if a homeless looking lady could bring her dog inside. A dog that was a non-service animal. I try not to eat at places where there are animals where humans are eating. Due to my high allergies The dog came in and was a large jog, shaking all around. It was very unpleasant and unsanitary. That was my experience.
Love their food! Good every time!
Chilequilas were really soft and they barely gave me any meat. Probably 2 oz of asada. I know because I meal prep and their meat is very thin on top of it. Wouldn’t go back again.
My family comes here often. Good food and friendly service. Maria waited on me tonight and did a fantastic job! Thank you, Maria!
