Rancho Capistrano Winery

While i have enjoyed going here for the food and environment..... the wine club is some sort of scheme. I have tried to quit it in the restaurant, was told i needed to email ...so i emailed....no response and they continued to charge me. I went to the website to cancel and no response from there...called the location and got a voice mail with no response / call back. We finally had to decline the charges on our credit card and tell our credit card carrier to never accept charges from this retailer again. Its left a horrible taste in my mouth on this restaurant that i would normally want to work with but just can't given the wine club experience.

This is the second time I've been there . Only to give the place a second chance and I fortunately it was a fail. Food was below average. Overpriced, with small portions. Fresh fruit was fresh probably a week ago. Service was terrible. Took forever to get a server to come to us after we got seated even though the place was at most half full. The people next to us were complaining too. If you're hungry, don't go there. If you want wine and don't care about how long you sit there, then this might suit you or your situation. Just my opinion based on 2 experiences dining there. (We sat outside)

3/2/2024 Had a pretty perfect dinner with my friends. The steak salad was perfect and I also enjoyed the spinach dip. I wasn't drinking so would like to go back and try the wine. Service was good and the restaurant was clean. I'll be back on another trip. The live music was good too.

Went a couple days before Valentine’s Day to avoid crowds - absolutely delicious food, great service, and just all around perfect atmosphere. We will definitely be back to enjoy again!! Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible

Excellent weekend brunch spot. The Brussels sprouts are cooked to perfection! I also enjoyed the mimosa flight and chilaquiles. The live music was enjoyable as well.
