Real cuban flavor. Excellent prices and the services was great and fast. 100% Recommended.
Food was mediocre. The dish I had was not authentic Cuban food (I'm Cuban). The milk in our cafe con leche was spoiled. Waitress confirmed it was spoiled, brought 2 new ones. Being that we drank a few sips of the spoiled milk, the coffee should have been complimentary, at least one...but it wasn't. The waitress brought the bill and we put the cash on the tray right away but then waited and waited. Come to find out, she was having lunch at one of the tables. My husband payed in cash and she asked if we needed change. The change due was $10 so he replied "yes". She just brought a $10 bill! Even with impeccable service and food, we would not tip $10 on a $29 meal. So if you are looking for a seedy place with non-authentic Cuban food that has the feel of a mexican restaurant, this place is for you. Otherwise... Spend your money elsewhere.
I eat here every time I'm in Savanah, Great place to eat, The omly I gabe a 4 pn food is because they were out of grilled chicken for my favorite dish, everything else is wonderful.
Yummy food. Came here on a weekend visit to Savannah on St Patrick's Day. We tried chicken beef and veggies. It was so yum and fulfilling. The presentation was nice and the service was quick. Loved it. The place had a decent amount of parking even during busy hours. The seating itself was nothing to write home about but no complaints either. The food was 15-20$ a dish for lunch
Best of the best! Most Cuban restaurants I've been to offer cold, hard, bland options and these sandwiches that I don't really enjoy. This restaurant, however, ties with my favorite place, "Cuban Pete's," because of the flavor and authenticity. I knew Cuban food could be better, and I'm glad I tried Rancho Alegre. Now, I'm open again to trying more Cuban restaurants.
Delicious from first bite to the last. I tried several new to me dishes.
