best Fillet Wellington ever

In advance, I'm sorry. I went here last night w/ my girlfriend for our very first time. It was super busy when we first arrived. ( I was smart enough to book ahead) Our waitress at the beginning seemed like she was going to be Awsome. (She asked us for any special occasion, and I replied the first time that we are coming here after watching most of Gordon Ramsey's TV shows) for starters we had truffle fries, lamb lollipops and Cesar salad all of that was really delicious we enjoyed it all. For our main course, we had the Beef Wellington, which I don't think the pastery was cooked properly it had a doughy taste, the meat however was cooked perfectly. We let the waitress know that we didn't like the outside, but she didn't bother to ask why, so I didn't tell her because by this time, the waitress was more awol with us. ( but we caught her most of the time standing around talking with her co-workers) we let her know what dinner items we were taking home and asked if we would like dessert. We responded yes. My girlfriend had the lemon cheesecake, and I had the chocolate tarte and asked for no white chocolate because I don't like it. She responded ok I'll let them know, and she noticed that my girlfriend needed more water and said she would send someone by to fill that that never happened. Our dessert came out, and mine had the white chocolate on it . ( she never came by to ask how our dessert is) ( I had to flag down a passing waiter to let him know I ordered no white chocolate, he was happy to bring it back and came out to let me know another one is on its way) when my dessert finally came back our awol waitress brought it to me and said that was my bad. When we were done, we waited for her to come back. She let us know that the bill will show an extra charge for the messed up tarte but that it will be comped they do this for inventory purposes. I put my card in it and wondered when she was going to pick up the bill to charge it. We waited and a bus girl noticed and let the Lead head know she came over took our bill and then came back and let us know that she took the Lemon Cheesecake off because we were waiting for a long time. We spent what I thought was a long dinner, 2.5 hours (but most of it was waiting for our Awol waitress)

We love trying Gordon Ramsay’s restaurants! This is a beautiful location and was nicely decorated for Christmas time. The food was delicious, but I think the food at Hell’s kitchen in Foxwoods was a smidge better if anyone is trying to decide which to go too. Our food came out quickly and did taste very good. We got and enjoyed the Wellington, Milanese, mac and cheese, rolls, and sticky toffee pudding. Our waitress was pleasant and helpful, but did disappear a couple times. I recommend people try this location out for the food and experience. never skip the sticky toffee pudding you won’t regret it!

Came here to celebrate my birthday as well as anniversary with my significant other. Manny was our server and provided hands down the most spectacular and professional service I have ever received. Made the best recommendations that were thoughtfully but simply explained. He made it feel as if we were his only table even though he had at least 4-5 more and the restaurant was extremely busy. The food was cooked to perfection and John the manager was great as well. Looking forward to bringing my mother and father here when they come to visit from out of town.

It took them 45 minutes for our main dish to come out. The appetizer came out quickly and the time between the appetizer and the main menu has been 45 minutes. The manager came over and put the two entrees on the house. Service was great, seems to have been an issue with so many people ordering the Wellington.

As a long time fan of Chef Gordon Ramsay, visiting this restaurant has been on my bucket list since it opened! Finally got the chance to go with my sisters and aunts and wow…it was worth the wait!! The restaurant is beautiful and the food is excellent. I finally got the try foods I’ve seen on tv a million times: lamb lollipops, crab cakes, beef Wellington and sticky toffee pudding. OMG- absolutely delicious! Also, service was awesome. Major shout out to our server, Lorna, who made the whole experience an awesome one!

my boyfriend surprised me here for my birthday (2/1/24) and WOW the service was incredible, and all the food was incredible. such a great way to celebrate my birthday. we would love to thank the amazing chefs there for all there hard work with making the food and we would also love to thank the amazing hostess and servers who made our experience extraordinary !!
