Whenever we’re in Boston this is a must-have. The softest pita, felafel that is both moist and delicous, tehina with a perfect consistency, and the sehug that packs a flavorful punch that will take you allll the way to flavortown. The shawarma is wonderful and the ingredients are all fresh. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Definitely worth a visit!
This restaurant is labeled as Israeli but most of the food items are Palestinian ( hummus, falafel, baklava, shawarma etc ). I was hoping to try authentic Jewish food such as latkes or kugels but was disappointed to find another case of CULTURAL APPROPRIATION of Palestinians..
We ordered from their catering menu for ten and picked up our order on a Friday afternoon. The babganoush was among the most delicious yet. What the falafel lacked in authenticity and flavor the shawarma and chicken made up for—-moist and well seasoned. The pita bread was fresh, full and delicious. I’d say the platter was too heavy on the salad given the price but by golly it was kosher, delicious and obviously prepared with live so I’m not complaining.
Feels like I’m in Israel in the best way! One of the best falafel pita in Boston! Also love the beef kabob. Great for dine in or takeout. Definitely recommend trying this local spot!
Fresh pitas. Great hummus
This place is great and I'm coming back. The service was fast and friendly, the environment welcoming. I loved the pita, salad, and falafel -- fresh and tasty, especially the falafel. Those will definitely be part of future orders. The chicken was not exactly what I was expecting; it was in a small dice, and I was expecting larger, juicier chunks. I'm not sure why I expected that it that way. But I think I'l try something else next time.
Very tasty Israeli food and a very nice staff. A bit expensive.
