Excellent customer service. The owner is a wonderful person. She has great communication skills. Speaks multiple languages. I feel like it’s the best ramen shop in town!

Service is warm and fast. Very friendly to our children, everything is very good, come again next time!

The first time I went to this place, I didn’t know what to order however, the woman who served us was so nice she recommended “miso hot. “ it’s been my favorite ever since! I live an hour from this place, but I try to go every weekend. It’s worth it!

greeted with a sweet smile and received that the whole time in service, felt super welcomed! will be back for sure, so much on the menu i want to try. to start i tried the spicy miso and was sooooo pleased. best ramen i’ve had in reno so far! as we almost missed it, its part of the stack of restaurant buildings on nevada and fifth :)

Very good traditional ramen. I ordered my go to, spicy miso ramen and pot stickers. The staff were very friendly and the atmosphere was nice and chill with dim lighting

great place for some tasty ramen . Had shrimp shumai and Takoyaki and pork Jigoku level 2 very delicious . service very fast and staff very helpful and friendly . highly recomend this restaurant .

I have been coming to eat ramen here for lunch/dinner on numerous occasions since I first tried it. I’ve been to other Ramen places but this is my go to. I won’t eat any other ramen besides here. I’ve brought my kids, my husband and this place is perfect for any occasions. They’re fast and the owner is very nice. I will keep coming here and I highly recommend that you check out this spot!
