Ramen Ishida

Take it from a white girl who has no japanese friends and has never been to japan, this is the best ramen i've ever tasted and I can confidently say... the best ramen in nyc.

4 years later….Still Spectacular...the best Ramen in New York by a large margin. The tofu and mushroom is the best dish on the menu...but they are all very good. I don't know how anyone could give it less than 5 stars.

미소라멘이랑 소유라멘 먹엇어요! 길가다가 우연히 비가와서 라멘 먹고싶어서 줄섰는데 맛집을 만났어요 미소보다는 소유라멘이 시원하고 깔끔하고 더 맛있더라구요!! 추천합니다

Of all the ramen shops I've tried in NYC, Ishida is the one I keep coming back to. I usually prefer miso ramen but Ishida's shoyu with truffle is truly something special, highly recommended. Tiny shop and can be hard to get a spot, but worth the effort.

Small space with amazing food just like in Japan. The ramen was really delicious and warming and the karagee was crispy and juicy! Would definitely recommend to come here for a bowl of ramen

One of best ramens in Manhattan point blank period don't even question me on this. Truffle ramen #1 is bomb af. Very hole in the wall spot. Super cozy inside. Ramen is both authentic and delicious. Portions on point. Broth on point. Noodle width and texture on point. Menu is straightforward and efficient. Not a sit down for a long time place but worth bringing a friend or two for a quick ramen stop. They don't take reservations so you have to put down your name as they can be busy. One thing is if you are not around when they call you they will move to the next person so you low key have to wait directly outside which can be a bit inconvenient. But I think it's easy enough to come at a time where they aren't that crazy busy just normal busy. I recommend this place to everyone. If you are looking for ramen this should be a top pick. Also price point is great very affordable, like ramen should be. Any place charging stupid money for a ramen is stupid. This place is smart. If you go, check out the truffle ramen!

Best bowl I've had in NYC. Delicious well balanced bowl. Will be a must stop every time I come to the city. Well worth the wait!
