Ralphs

Nice supermarket with lots of parking. They REALLY need to hire more cashiers. I HATE the self check out and will switch to another supermarket if that is my only choice. UPDATE: Ralphs has now added a walled off section, including make-up, baby items, WOMEN'S health items, toothbrushes, toothpaste, as well as mouthwash. The entrance to this "new" section is not wide enough to accommodate the shopping cart. If you want to purchase anything in that section, you have to leave your cart outside. When you make your selection, you have to pay for it right there before leaving that "new" walled off section! This is ridiculous, the idea that petty theft is such a monumental problem that it requires Ralph's to treat all customers as a threat, the enemy. There has been theft since before we had commerce. How did all those stores (Ralph's included) deal with it in the past? It obviously hasn't stopped the business from being profitable. If I remember correctly, they raised the price of everything to cover this loss. By placing restrictions on my shopping experience and having through the roof prices, you really make being a Ralph's lifelong customer unbearable. I don't know that I will ever be back to that Ralph's location. I will swing by my usual Ralph's and see if they have it there as well. If they do have it, Ralph's will lose my business for good. There are enough supermarkets to find one that doesn't treat you poorly.

A shout out to the people that stock the ready-made salads (lunch) and bread (breakfast) sections. Every time I shop there early mornings, product is laid out so neatly. I could find what I want quickly. Please thank your employees especially the gentleman with super long hair who I ran into in the bread aisle. He was super helpful and friendly. He made my day being so cheery! Keep up the great work Ralph’s and most importantly take care of your hard-working employees. They’re hard to find! Wishing this store continued success.

Bummed this location sold pastries but NO coffee!

Goodbye, Will always remember this store for the bird that flew away too soon. Fly away birdy. You are missed always. :(

Store is dirty and cluttered with access to many items locked up.

SCO host gave me the worst attitude. Over a coupon mistake.
