"The lack of any, if "ANY!" integrity within the primiss of this (Ralphs) location has long past dwindled...I made a simple purchase thru their (Self Service) area, paid with cash, completed my purchase, grabbed my receipt and left...It was when I left the (Starbucks) venue that the (Store Manager), who I (Mexican-By-The-way) called to me and asked if I left any money behind, It's when it hit me that I paid with a $20 dollar bill, Though the item was less that $3, She insisted there was "ONLY!" $5 where the change should've been $17 ...I remember most of these workers when they (First) started working here...And they all look "HORRIBLE NOW!"....including the (So-called) Manager herself.....Your associates are "Garbage", Your associate morale is "Garbage" Your staff's lack of attention and Self-Awareness is "Garbage" Your sense of honesty "You've simply lost it" If your staff at this location no longer cares "That's Fine", If their lives are as (Miserable) as their unwillingness to expect that their associates are (Theives) too, I guess "THAT'S" o.k. as well, But it's "ALWAYS!" best to keep their "INIQUITOUS!" behaviors within the confines of (Their Own Homes)...WHERE IT BELONGS!"

Omar at the cheese area was awesome along with his supervisor who's name I did not get. He took time out of what he was doing to go to the back and grab us the crackers we were looking for. Great service, above and beyond.

It's not an HEB, but it has groceries. Maybe it's just because of its location, but everything was way higher priced than where I usually buy my groceries. As far as in the location... probably the best there is for groceries, unfortunately. The first time that I went there, they were out of a few specific items that I had wanted. I found em the 2nd time around.

The hours listed here are inaccurate. I arrived at 12:40am, only to find that entry was denied by the staff. It is unacceptable to advertise the store as open until 1:00am when this is not the case. Accurate information must be provided to respect the time of your customers.

Very busy but I found what I needed with some discounts. Beautiful store Pleasant shopping trip ☺
