There is a cashier here named Brigitte who has the worst attitude. At any other Ralph's I have been to they will scan a club card for you if you don't have one, or enter a phone number. She would not allow me to scan a default club card for my items and told me go online and apply for a club card. Worst experience of any Ralph's. I ended up leaving my items and walking out. Really terrible customer service and mean attitude from the cashier. Not a good job for Brigitte. Normally I do not take the time to leave bad reviews but she was exceptionally unfriendly and rude and unnecessarily antagonistic.
The cashier's service was terrible. She gave me the wrong price on both iterms. The cucumbers were $5.99 per pound, such an outrageous price, and she didn't even check it herself? Although she eventually refunded me. If I hadn't checked the receipt myself, I would have lost money. Very, very bad experience.
I come to this store about 3 times a week. It’s usually fine, but today Lorena (a manager I believe) was extremely rude. I just asked her where the restroom was and she responds as if she didn’t want me speaking to her. She didn’t bother to tell me there was a code to the door. So I had to go back and she was even more rude. I’m a paying customer, there’s absolutely no reason I should be treated like this!
It was cool pretty much busy as usual I just had to make a quick beer run so I was in and out.
The managers are beyond terrible when it comes to customer service.
