They’ve been reliable about lying about their hours for years. A steady stream of people show up every night expecting the listed hours to be accurate only to find out that they close at whatever time they feel like, usually 12:30 not 2 AM. I think someone even shot a security guard once because of this. He survived at least.

I’m sure when you on self checkouts register when ask for cash back the person in charge slows register from computer on purpose to make you forget bout money I found out the today

Poor customer service. Ordered at the deli, middle eastern woman cut me off before I could tell her what else I wanted. As she cut my first order, she was busy talking to her coworker, an elderly Hispanic woman. When she handed the order over to me, I said, “I’m sorry could I bother you for one other thing?”. She faces the co worker, with an attitude, and says in English, I hate it when they ask for another thing. The Hispanic woman attended me instead bc the other woman walked away. I gave the Hispanic woman my order and when she was done, she asked me if I wanted anything else - she too had an attitude. I said no. I saw she cut my order differently than what I asked for but I just decided to walk away. It wasn’t like there was a line behind me, I wasn’t in anyone’s way. I’d appreciate it if someone gave them a run through as to how to speak to customers. I didn’t approach with an attitude - why would I? I’m relatively new to this area so why would I address anyone with disrespect? I’ve had other experiences at this store and I chose not to complain about it but I’m really put off from shopping here again.

I went to Ralphs last week, and my previous review was far too forgiving. There are a handful of pleasant and helpful people who work at this Ralph's -- a woman who restocks the produce department, and a few of the cashiers and baggers -- but everyone else I've encountered seems to hate the customers only slight more than they hate their jobs. I could possibly deal with the inflated prices and the out-of-stock items if I didn't have to interact with any of the employees. Last week a guy who worked the always-failing self-check out registers literally rolled his eyes at me. That's it! Done.

Today April 14,2024 i stopped here to pick up some of my groceries and while using self check out i was informed YOU CAN NOT BUY REUSABLE BAGS IN THE SELF CHECKOUT AREA OF THE STORE so in my frustration i left to go buy a bag at the store across the street in my inconvenience i forgot the cash back i got at the self check out and returned to get it and was then informed THERE’S NOTHING THEY CAN DO ABOUT SOMEONE LEAVING CASH AT THE SELF CHECK OUT AREA so now that i have lost $40 i feel that there should be a store with better customer service to accommodate the cost of bags by selling reusable bags in self checkout area since they advertise that you can save more money by shopping here but rather you pay 10 cents per a bag instead of giving you the option to buy a reusable bag even though you do the work of scanning and bagging your own groceries
