Ralphs Fresh Fare

great store, thanks!

The store is OK but there is ALWAYS some kind of internet salespeople standing in front of aisle 16, trying to sign you up for internet (I think Spectrum). They are extremely pushy and won't take no for an answer. I'm scared of going to this store now. If I do go, I'd make sure to go very far out of my way to avoid the front of aisle 16. Most of the times I'd have to go to a different store to buy soup and broth because that's where the salespeople are. Or if I see that they're busy harassing someone else, I'd sprint to get what I need and then ran for my life back to the other end of the store. Who at Ralphs agreed to this arrangement? These salespeople are making this store a nightmare for me.

It’s not open till 2, wasted time again and again. Change hours, owner, cmon

This evenings grocery shopping was good until the security guard that's at the front was straight up rude and loud with me for no reason. There was a minor issue and as directed my attention to the manager about it,the security guard was then disrespectful in how he projected himself to me as a long standing customer. The situation at hand was like i said minor but I guess he has bad anger issues. Anyway the manager herself brushed off the issue. So I spoke to her supervisor and she was a little more understanding and apologized and said she would talk with the guards supervisor and the her employee . Hmmm. we will see. Disrespect is Disrespect...and Wtong is Wrong and that security was straigh up WRONG!!! all this display of anger issues in front of other customers on the premises. The manager straight out said that she has no control over anyone's actions, and be that it may then this Ralph's location on 9th st. between Hope & Flower here in DTLA should have better well trained professional and respectable security and personnel.. I have been shopping here for more than 10 yrs. To the Supervisor Jenny with whom I spoke to today about this matter, well I hope you keep your word on what you will do to make this situation to NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN...!

This store is an absolute joke, when customers have no lane to check out for 20 mins and we asked where the clerk or manager we were told she’s on another break and then continued to be ignored! I have never in my entire life seen anything like the way this Ralph was ran and I work in a grocery store for 8 yrs. I was treated like a thief because I had a few target bags I had just previously acquired from the right before. The guard continued to be disrespectful and talk down to several of us and grabbed me as I was coming through the door. This man was talking to us like we were a problem for trying to shop in their store. My wallet was left and when I begged to speak to someone anyone who wasn’t the lady who I believe had my wallet or throw it away because I was being hateful but only because of the way we ( and I say we because there were 5-6 people waiting to be rang up) were treated. This store deserves serious reprimand and. I would really consider getting all new management. Have a blessed day.

Lots of choices

The worst customer service employees can't even answer a simple question. Rude..... Saturday they should be open... employee came to the door never explained to the 40 customers waiting why they were closed on a Saturday morning.
