Be careful with what you buy. Lately I've had a lot of trouble with what I get. I got a cheese that had mold on it. I also got a salsa that expired in January, its mid April. I wonder how many times I've gotten expired products from the store.
Pros Curbside pickup through the app is convenient. Large kosher selection. Clipping coupons through the app is easy. Cons Prices have been increasing constantly to the point that some of the packaged goods are now more expensive than at Whole Foods. And some of the private label products are getting close to name-brand. Alcohol pricing is deceptive. They mark up the "regular" price and then run constant sales making it look like you're getting a good deal. But if you compare to pricing at other stores you realize that the "discounted" price is the regular price at other stores. Produce is very hit-or-miss. Some days all pieces of a produce type will be bad.
Mercado super grande e vc encontra de tudo, inclusive orgânicos. Frutas e verduras de qualidade e bom atendimento.
The Asian food section is better than most.
I hate to be one of those people that says they will never shop at XYZ again but after my experience I highly doubt I will shop Ralphs/ Kroger again. I placed an online order and after using digital coupons and deals on their app my total was about $12. Only after I picked up my order was I charged an additional $32 dollars. When I attempt to call CS I was repeatedly hung up on or disconnected through the online chat. When I called the store I was told that they couldn't help me since the order was placed via ecommerce. Three days later I was charged another $40+ dollars. At this point I am out $70ish dollars for items that were supposed the be less than $12 will no one willing or able to assist me. I have never had such a terrible shopping experience. I used to enjoy Ralph's but after this I will think twice about shopping there again.
Don’t go in the evenings or you run the risk of spending over 20 minutes in line. They don’t staff the registers and close most of the self checkout lanes. Tonight there are at least 15 customers per line per register just waiting. They need to either hire more cashiers or keep all the self checkout lanes open.
Eggs here expensive. Go to Trader Joe’s
