They always mess orders up, I didnt get half my order cause she cancelled the order then recharged it & said we didn’t have enough on the card… please find better workers

Every time I go to Rally's, the food is hot and fresh. They usually have deals going on to. I always walk inside, and I am greeted once the window is opened. The staff is friendly and professional.
