Rally's

I went to the location on 505 E Oakland st in Lansing MI and ordered rally burgers got home and they had no meat in them. When I tried to call to get a hold of someone at the store I had to try 8 times.When they finally answered they didn't even apologize for the inconvenience of me having to go back up there or for messing up my food I don't know what kind of business they are running but they need to be shut down.

We tried to use the walk up window and were told they were only taking on line orders as the manager wasn't there

Got my order from this place and everything was is order nothing missing. The burgers in all types were tasty, the fries were super good well seasoned and crispy. I highly recommend this place soo good, tasty, fast order preparation and good price. 5 stars nothing less.
