Rally's

They always seem to forget to put tomato in my chicken sandwich when I asked for it. Not to mention the girl at the drive-through was kind a rude when I told her I had a coupon. She immediately said the coupons were expired in which I told her they didn’t expire till September. Once I got to the window, she answered her cell phone and apparently was talking to someone while waiting for the food to be packed up. I’ll still come here only because it’s the closest to us I don’t really care for the customer service. Then again what do you expect for fast food service :/

Closes before midnight. It says it's open until 2:00 am but the drive through was already closed around 11:40pm. They should update their hours online so people don't make the drive for nothing.

Drive thru took 35 minutes to get food

We were three people trying to get dinner at this place. Unfortunately they only took the first person’s order and completely ignored the other two of us and closed the window again. That didn’t change when the people in front of us in the line got their food, even tho we asked again if we could order something. After 20 minutes we left without food. Never again.

Never again and i live 2 mins away from it......I'm not going into detail. If you go there go at your own risk.

My first 1 star review I posted over a month ago because of the rude custimer service and no manners on my 1st visit.. I removed because I gave you another try. Staff was plesant and mannerly. Even though they got my oder wrong. Instead of 2 fish they gave me a chicken & 1 fish. Today I try again..got home my fish was piping hot and the rally burger was taken out of the cooler and not cooked..they put lettuce and tomatoe on ice cold burger. I dont get it. What is wrong with this location and their training in all aspects of running a fast food location? I called them to let them know about burger given to me out if cooler and not heated..no spologies ..no nothing. No one seems to care👎👎
