I’m pissed my order I paid for online was not made when I drove 20 minutes to pick it up and then I was told the frier was off so I couldn’t get any food. I’ve been waiting/calling customer service for 3 plus weeks for My money back and still nothing

I don't know if you can give a zero or negative stats but I'm officially rating this place at -5 stars. I went there over an hour and a half before closing and was refused service because they were only accepting door dash. This happened once before and I thought it was a fluke. Nope, apparently this company feels its good business practice to be "open" and refuse paying customers. Forget not going to this location I'll never spend a dime on Rallys/Checkers franchise again in my life. When radically overpriced McDonald's makes you look bad you have a serious problem.

They are always so kind, friendly, and patient here than most other burger places here in town. It's cheap, it's greasy, but most importantly it passes the vibe check yo

I went there to order food and they said they just take door dash, they dont take my order.

Burger patties got even smaller but mushrooms are great & fries always a treat.

Ordered food through GrubHub and ordered 2 sweet teas and a milkshake and a sundae and was told their machines were down so that they could clean them. My GrubHub driver and I are both surprised that they didn't make the ice creams and teas before turning off the machines I ordered around 9 something. Why would they not notify a food delivery service of this?
