Food was great. People were good. The AI order system was weird as hell though. Edit: No, I don't wish to help you optimize your AI ordering process. People just don't want to have to speak through a hi-tech phone tree in order to get a sandwich.

I love the price and food. Fish sandwich beats filet o fish hands down..

Waited over 30 minutes for a 5 piece tender combo. Drive thru was not busy. About 6 cars came after us, they all got their meal. When I walked up to the window to inquire about my food after waiting after 15 mins, they said my tenders were given to another customer and they forgot about me. Also, was not given my fries for my combo. Drink was watered down because of having to wait for so long. Extremely poor customer service.

Great food. I prefer this rallys I er any other. Quick service, nice people. Good food

The employees are fantastic!! The food quality is very consistent. The automated drive thru is a bit annoying.

I just went there and spent 10$ on a small coke and a 4 piece mozzarella stick. Because I couldn't eat the sourdough cheeseburger I ordered. The bread was not toasted and it was slimey with gobs of ketchup and mustard mushy mess. I HAD TO PULL Over AND WAIT FOR IT.AND IT WAS STILL ICE COLD. I had to throw it out. I haven't been to rallys in 15 years. I thought something different I'll give it a shot. NO WAY EVER AGAIN.

Michael was so rude! He was rushing us while we ordered our food. We had to wait 20 minutes for our food and when we asked for 2 ranches for our 2 order of wings he said .69 each. He didn’t apologize about us having to wait on our food or anything.
