Let’s start this off with acknowledging the amazing customer service! Warm, friendly energy with great attitudes to really help their customers. Super engaging! Amazing team you got there. Dun-dun- DUN! I really wanted to LOVE this.. there’s nothing special about their food. Mediocre seasoned chicken tenders. You can make these via air fryer. The bread is just a piece of soft non-tasteful Texas Toast. The fries was so soggy, it was so disgusting and might I add, not salted. This didn’t make my palette do any dancing. The sauce is mayo, ketchup with maybe a hint of ranch. Honestly, I wish the hype wouldn’t have gotten me so ready to enjoy some amazing food. Please stop hyping this chain up.

the chicken was alright, it wasn’t dry, but it was greasy. the toast was nice and the fries needed a little salt, but i guess that’s what the sauce was for. the sauce tasted like ranch to me, it was kinda zest and sour, but kinda nice. i loved the theme of the restaurant, it was based on the 60s and they had disco balls everywhere. also, it is right be the 2, 3, and i think 5 train, which is convenient if you have somewhere else to go after.

Had raising canes for the first time today. Good sauce. Well made but tasteless chicken (similar to the rival with unsavory politics and agendas). That's where the good dipping sauce comes in handy. Texas toast and fries didn't take away all that well. Confusing menu choices (all combos that make for a very expensive family dinner or risky to guess how much to get for the family). Also you can't sign up for their loyalty program until after your first order.
