Good chicken. Friendly service.
While out and about in Times Square, we stopped on Raising Canes to try it for the first time. Everything was awesome from the food to the atmosphere. The only disappointment was the service we received. Talk about attitudes, they make a mistake with the drinks and pop off when letting them know one was wrong. We weren’t no nasty tourists. Otherwise the food was hot and delicious and the atmosphere pleasant including the DJ. After the owner and Katie at customer relations reached out to hear our concerns so the matter can be addressed, I decided to update my review from 4 stars to 5 stars. If the service improves next time so will the stars.
Super busy but kiosk moves pretty fast. Chicken tenders were tiny and bland but moist. Special sauce tasted like mayo/ketchup and pepper. Fries were crispy but also bland. Toast was too greasy and soggy.
The food here is great although simple! I love their fries, chicken tenders, and of course, cane’s sauce. This location is insanely crowded and is delicious. It is a huge location but it is seemingly always full. They have a DJ playing music which makes for a good atmosphere but also noisy. It feels like a party!
Servizio da rivedere per prendere il nostro ordine 45 minuti musica altissima che non si sentiva niente, pollo fritto niente di che molto sopravvalutato
I enjoyed the chicken strips i had in Las Vegas and LA areas but one I had here seems to be a bit different. Lemonade and coleslaw were good. Order came out a lot faster that i expected as the restaurant was literally packed with people on Saturday lunch time. I guess i enjoyed the crowdness rather than the actual chicken strops.
