Good chicken fast.

Awesome chicken. Juicy crispy and great sides. There are always high school kids hanging around, and the restaurant is super loud. The layout is also weird that even if you sit you won’t hear the people call your name. They should probably get buzzer or something since they yell a lot to get the people the food. Either way, enjoyed my meal and will definitely be back. Don’t forget to ask to replace the cabbage with a second toast ;)

I gave them 5 stars 10 months ago bc service was great. Now as of February, the service is terrible, they consistently forget items like sauces. The other day I went, they didn't give the 3 extra sauces like I had ordered and when they asked if I wanted ketchup I said yes and they gave me 1 for an order of 3. They were very rude to my father bc he went back to get a bread like he had ordered. Canes corporate,please bring back the staff from 10 months ago. I keep going for the food but not for long. Also you guys make just 1 thing I don't think there should be such a wait time like there has been these past couple months.

Make sure you keep your track of your orders they’ll mix it up on you

Let’s start off with the manager who claims she packed up the meal bag and forgets a whole meal. At drive thru I made a whole turn around NEVER did I leave the property (camera footage available) when I went back the cashier named Kaisa had the most disgusting attitude, rolling eyes and rudely talking back saying “the manager put all meals in there” and when I said “apparently not because im missing a whole meal” and she slammed the sliding door as I was talking (camera footage available for that too) after they stood there she handed it to me and said “here”. How can I trust that my food wasn’t messed with since they all had an attitude and claimed they did their job correctly. When I asked to see the manager she didn’t show her face only the cashier kaisa.
